Program Analyst Position

Business Strategy Consultants seeks an experienced program analyst with a background in social science or public policy to carry out a number of program and policy related duties for the Tribal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (Tribal MIECHV) program. This position will work closely with staff in the Office of Early Childhood Development/Office of Child Care at the Administration for Children and Families in the US Department of Health and Human Services, which administers the Tribal MIECHV program.

About the Job

The Tribal MIECHV program is an unprecedented expansion of home visiting services in tribal communities. Program activities conducted by grantees include implementing high-quality, evidence-based home visiting services that align with American Indian and Alaska Native (AIAN) cultural family and community contexts, collecting and reporting performance data, engaging in data-driven continuous quality improvement efforts, and conducting rigorous evaluation activities. The program analyst will be intricately involved in conducting program implementation, analysis, and dissemination activities for ACF on behalf of the Tribal MIECHV program.
