NICCA is a membership-driven organization. Our membership is a strong representation of the many nations, villages, communities, businesses, non-profits, and individuals that support Tribal children and families. Our organization supports training and professional development for all professionals in early child development and engages in both legislative and administrative advocacy on behalf of its membership. We strive to ensure that all members are informed and educated about all issues affecting the well-being of Tribal children and families.
Member Benefits
Tribal CCDF Grantee
Based on Annual Funding Level
This membership is for all Tribal child care programs that receive a Child Care and Development Fund Grant for their Tribe. Tribal CCDF membership entitles all program staff to membership benefits. Membership dues are based on the agency’s annual funding level. Membership year is October 1 through September 30.

This membership is open to organizations that support quality early childhood development. Corporate members will not be entitled to vote on any matters submitted to a vote of the general membership. Corporate Membership year is October 1 through September 30.
