Submit a Training Proposal

NICCA is now accepting proposals from individuals and organizations interested in leading training sessions at the 2026 National Tribal Child Care Conference. We’re seeking dynamic trainers who can share knowledge, strategies, and stories that support the strength of Tribal early childhood programs, professionals, and communities.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY

 

Payment Policy

All registration payments are due within 30 days of registration.
Registrations not paid within this timeframe will be automatically canceled, and individuals will be required to re-register at the current applicable rate.

Cancelations and Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@nicca.us.

​

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 90 days before the first day of the event.

  • Partial refunds (50%) will be issued for cancellations made between 60 and 90 days before the event.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event, or for no-shows.

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation approval.

  • Non-payment of registration fees does not void the cancellation policy. The full balance remains due according to the terms above.

Substitutions

Substitutions are allowed at any time but must be submitted in writing. Please include the original registrant’s name and the name of the substitute, and send your request to support@nicca.us.

Force Majeure

NICCA reserves the right to modify the event schedule or format in the case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate registrants or issue appropriate credits or refunds. Credits must be used within 12 months and are not available for ticketed special events or special tracks.
