During this live session, our expert panel will: 

  • Respond to your submitted questions about the shutdown and its impact 

  • Share insights from the latest policy and budget developments 

  • Provide guidance to support your program during this uncertain time 

Panelists include: 

  • Katie Hamm, visiting professor at the Erikson Institute and former Deputy Assistant Secretary for Early Childhood Development at the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) 

  • Devin O'Connor, Senior Fellow, Federal Fiscal Policy team at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities and former White House Senior Advisor & Chief Economic Advisor on the American Rescue Plan Implementation 

👉 Submit your questions in advance when you register. Our panel will answer as many questions as possible during the discussion. 



Note: If the federal government reopens before this webinar, the session will be canceled. 



This webinar is open to all early care and education leaders, providers, and advocates.
