It’s designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively implement the Practice-Based Coaching (PBC) model. Join us to explore the four key components of PBC: Collaborative Partnerships, Shared Goals and Action Planning, Focused Observation, and Reflection and Feedback. Gain practical strategies to support education staff in implementing effective teaching and home visiting practices, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for children and families!
