About the Event

Leading with humanity: Building sustainable change through everyday practices. A two-part webinar series

In this two-part webinar series, you’ll hear from two internationally renowned ECE leaders, public speakers and authors; Anne Marie Coughlin and Lorrie McGee, Education Director at London Bridge Child Care Services in London, Ontario and Pedagogical Lead and Consultant at Compass Early Learning and Care (ELC) in Peterborough, Ontario respectively. Anne Marie and Lorrie will deepen the exploration of how pedagogical leadership can guide our actions, and reflect on ways we can show up for ourselves, our colleagues and the communities we serve by integrating pedagogical principles into our daily practices.

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the need for large-scale transformation, but change often begins with small intentional practices that we bring to our work each day. By fostering a culture of care and responsiveness, we can make the small yet impactful shifts that will ultimately transform our systems from the inside out.

Join us to learn how these micro-interactions can lead to sustainable change—change that is grounded in compassion and care and moves us toward a more responsive, inclusive future. Date and time:‍ Part 1: Tuesday June 10th | 6:30pm - 7:45pm EDT  Part 2: Tuesday June 24th | 6:30pm - 7:45pm EDT
