Teacher Success: YOU FIRST

FirstDay Learning: Training, Coaching & Mentoring -

Happy Classrooms Start With Happy Teachers

Teacher Success Modules

At FirstDay Learning our mission is to create happy and confident teachers from the moment they enter their classrooms. We understand the struggle of teachers is real and that walking into and staying in this role can be overwhelming.

FirstDay Learning’s Teacher Success modules provide simple solutions for understanding and reacting to challenging behaviors as well as effective ways for teachers to care for themselves. We provide teachers with strategies that support professional and productive communication with their peers, support staff, and families and provide strategies for keeping a positive mindset throughout hard days.

YOU FIRST

No teacher can support children to the best of their abilities until they first support themselves. This module takes teachers on a self-care journey through the Body, Mind, and Soul as they connect their personal and professional lives to course content.

Participants will discuss evidence-based techniques around nutrition, sleep, exercises, stress management, and personal fulfillment. Participants will be able to identify and apply specific strategies to improve their daily habits. Registration Link ** This is a virtual event, not hosted by NICCA
