Make your voice heard!
With the re-authorization of the Child Care and Development Fund last year, the Administration for Children and Families developed new regulatory requirements for the implementation of the CCDF.
The regulatory requirements are in the comment phase (called the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking-NPRM) of getting them finalized. These will define and shape how Tribes implement their CCDF programs. ACF is looking at Tribes for the best method of carrying out the intent of the law for CCDF. It is important that your voice is heard. ACF has asked that NICCA compile comments jointly to minimize the time it takes them to address the comments so they can be finalized in the shortest amount of time.
We would like to get Tribal CCDF grantees' input on any concerns or discussions you may have. NICCA will be hosting a Webinar and virtual discussion to solicit your comments and feedback. We will be compiling comments and submitting them as a representative organization for Tribal CCDF Programs.
