Being an exhibitor at trainings and events is an excellent opportunity for suppliers of child care equipment and services, arts and crafts, and public and private sector organizations to showcase their products, programs, and services to hundreds of child care professionals. Our events convene the decision-makers of Tribal child care programs and provide you with an opportunity to connect to them directly. Our events are the only place where this access can be achieved.

The Details

  • The purchase of an exhibit table is not a substitute for registration or membership fees to attend Conference functions. All applicable registration fees must be paid to attend the Conference.

  • All payments for exhibitor space is due upon registration. Exhibitors whose payments are not received within 30 days of registration will be cancelled

  • NICCA is not able to make trades or deals in exchange for exhibit space.

  • NICCA is not liable for any theft or damage to an exhibitor's property or personal possessions. 

  • Exhibitors shall not damage in any way the walls or resources provided, including the use of nails, tacks, hoods, screws, staples, or any other items which may deface the property.

  • All purchases are non-refundable as there are limited spaces available.

  • Power strips and internet are additional.
