Being an exhibitor at the Biennial Conference is an excellent opportunity for suppliers of child care equipment and services, arts and crafts, and public and private sector organizations to showcase their products, programs, and services to hundreds of child care professionals who attend the Conference.
The 2017 Biennial Conference will be held on September 12-14, 2017, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Participating exhibitors are provided two badges with the purchase of a table. In addition, the exhibitor fee provides one (1) 8' skirted table and two (2) chairs.

The purchase of an exhibit table is not a substitute for registration or membership fees to attend Conference functions. All applicable registration fees must be paid to attend the Conference.

All payments for exhibitor space is due upon registration. Exhibitors whose payments are not received within 30 days of registration will be cancelled.

NICCA is not able to make trades or deals in exchange for exhibit space.

NICCA is not liable for any theft or damage to an exhibitor's property or personal possessions.

Exhibitors shall not damage in any way the walls or resources provided, including the use of nails, tacks, hoods, screws, staples, or any other items which may deface the property.

All purchases are non-refundable as there are limited spaces available.

Power strips will be an additional $10 per exhibitor.

Wired internet will be an additional $15 per exhibitor.
All information regarding exhibit space, location, and set up will be provided on this website. Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining clean spaces throughout and after the Conference. Projection requirements and all other needs are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Power strips for individual exhibitors will be $10 per exhibitor. Wired internet for individual exhibitors will be $15 per exhibitor.
All items shipped to and from the hotel space is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Items should not arrive more than one week prior to the Conference. Shipping addresses, shipping/receiving dock times, and package handling fees will be provided on this website.
